Shipping & returns
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. You can use our estimator to calculate the shipping costs. We offer free shipping to select countries for orders over €200.
It depends on where you are located. Orders within Europe will take 1-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5 -16 days. When you place an order we will keep you informed by e-mail.
If the tracking link states that your order has been delivered, but in fact it hasn't, please contact us over e-mail or phone. Please state your order number, full name and your tracking number. We will then start an investigation with our shipping carrier.
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the return process.
Due to the efficiency of the Internet ordering process, it may not be possible to prevent the delivery of items once an order has been placed, if urgent please contact us.
